Sunshine Toast

“I made it for a late night snack in my apartment at Elon University and tons of different people call it tons of different names, but I call it sunshine toast! You cut a hole in a piece of bread, toast it in a pan with butter, and crack an egg in the hole and let it cook slowly!”
