It has been a very productive week filled with reasons to be grateful — for comfort, for good food and for the appreciation of others where you least expect it.

From my window, I can already see a different country
I enjoy the company of my dog.
I’ve traveled over the years but managed to avoid snow — until recently.
My Kitchen-aid is a yummy shade of orange.
My passion: Primarily, cooking and drawing (not necessarily in that order).
The smell of cooking garlic and baking bread are two of the best scents in the world.
I’m a big Tintin fan!

In our home, here’s what happened yesterday: WILLPOWER = 0 … APPETITE = 1. Ergo, made a second pan of Mac and Cheese for our Sunday dinner!!!
