A bit early, winter wear came out mid-fall during our trip when the East Coast was hit by an unseasonal and intense snowstorm.  I brought clothes good for spring weather when the temperatures dropped to low 30′s F / -1 C.  The skies were dark for the two weeks of our vacation and we were forced to purchase unplanned down jackets.

These scarves were the much needed burst of colors on an otherwise dreary day.
