No, I didn’t make this.
(Though I would like to learn how)
I thought this dish deserves to be known. To think I’m generally not a lobster fan (I truly prefer the sweeter, juicier taste of crabs), this pasta is perhaps my most favorite today. Slightly tart and rounded with a hint of cream, this bisque-like pasta is absolutely delectable. The sauce is not overbearing nor is it too heavy on the palette.
And the lobster itself was actually done so flavorful and served succulent.
Sometime last year, we discovered a place on Frankel Avenue called Gourmet Plus. I think the name of the place makes it sound like a plain deli more than this treasure trove of mouth-watering creations of three categories: French, Spanish and Italian.
Earlier in my blog, I’ve posted about the resto’s other jewel: the duck confit done to a perfect golden crisp.
Okay. I really should stop writing now.
Food entries of this kind do not bode well when you’re blogging with an empty stomach!

Yum!?
