Just received bread in my inbox for the Knead Love project from Tricia!  Coming together one weekend with friends and  Aisa Atilano, a pastry chef, even this busy lawyer enjoyed her time for  her own bread

“Having had extra time (and baking ingredients) on our hands one weekend, my friends and I decided to make bread – my first time! What a wonderful bonding experience it turned out to be, swapping stories in between mixing, kneading, braiding and waiting for our bread to bake.

 By the end of the afternoon, we had a couple of loaves each to take home and share with our families.  In this photo is our challah, braided bread eaten on Sabbath, according to Jewish tradition.  -Tricia Cervantes-Poco”
