This is, perhaps, one of my favorite dishes. Ahi tuna lightly seared on the surface but raw and pink in the middle — like a big, sashimi sandwich seasoned lightly mixed with some wasabi mayonnaise and veggies.
This is what I had in Vegas together with another winner discovery in a Chicago-based resto : a more-crabmeat-than-cake Colossal Lump Crab Cake in Joe’s.
That, and fries.
It was so good I’m getting teary eyed just thinking about it!
