Tea + Procrastination = Insomnia

Wide awake until 3 in the morning, all the cells in my body were screaming to get out of bed.

I should always remind myself to not go for a second steeping of tea.

Also, to remove the tea leaves before it gets too strong!

  1. Hehe…I am addicted to tea as well. Yet, I feel my body had gained tolerance to the caffeine now so I can even drink tea right before bed. Coffee on the other hand….I can relate to your sleepless experience!

    • What kind of tea do you like? Now that you mention it, I think I might be addicted to tea — green tea, to be exact :) I like drinking it, and considering I don’t like desserts, I will eat it if it’s green-tea based. You’re lucky you’ve got good tolerance for caffeine, because even decaf anything still keeps me up :/ (even coffee taken at 4pm!)
