Solo Afternoon | Seared Maguro Sushi

It had a fancier name actually, but these are silky slivers of seared maguro (tuna) drizzled with garlic mayonnaise, scallions and chili powder.  It’s also my conveyor belt sushi indulgence, a tasty plate of nigiri for $2.40.

I typically need something quick to eat something before doing the grocery or else I end up buying all sorts of unnecessary items in haste :\

Thought this makes for a photogenic post — deliciously artful food.

:)
