It’s An Egg Thing | Mozza

I’ve sat at the bar at Mozza a couple of times already but this is the first time I’ve noticed the vintage gadget on the counter.

Finally!  A quick but apparently old-fashioned way to decipher recipes when they say “Use 1 LARGE egg”.

I have always wondered about the basis of egg size in a recipe — now I know that there is a some sort of legit system for it.

Shucks, I wouldn’t mind having my own vintage scale :)
