Something Retro | Handmade Monogram Notecards

The past couple of weeks, I’ve been puttering around paper a lot — cutting, drawing, painting, shaping, slicing, shading, folding, sticking and everything else you can do with paper — including making an initial study for a handmade book :)

I’ve accumulated stacks of different kinds of paper in different textures and colors the last couple of days, and I kinda wondered if I overdid the purchase, not knowing initially what I’m going to do.  Well, now I know what to do and the next few days shall be fun :)

Today, I made something I used to enjoy putting together in high school: handmade notecards.

And for a change, instead of doodling on them, I turned them into classic  monogram notecards.  These shall do as I wait to get my hands on a letterpress :)
