Class went well, thanks, though it was called Insanity Boot Camp, so was a killer. What I’m most proud of is that I’ve done my 10-min pilates video for the last two days. Even if it’s just 10 min, I know it makes a difference. Please keep inspiring me 🙂
I don’t even want to imagine what Insanity Boot Camp even means 😮 Lol! According to my teacher, it is said that even if you just do The Hundred every day, it is already good. So your 10 minute daily workout is way better than the 1-2 hour weekly routine, I believe 🙂

Aww, thanks Liz! How did you class go? All my flexion exercises suck, except for the Hundred. I get stuck with the more complex moves. UGH.
